Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce Announces New Board of Directors Elected at AGM

Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce Announces New Board of Directors Elected at AGM 

KAMLOOPS, BC – The Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its newly elected Board of Directors, following its Annual General Meeting held on March 16, 2023 in the Grand Hall at Thompson Rivers University. 

The Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization that works to promote and support local businesses, foster economic growth, and create a thriving community in the Kamloops and District region. The Chamber represents over 700 businesses and organizations in the area and serves as a vital resource for entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals. 

The newly elected Board of Directors is comprised of experienced and dynamic leaders who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Chamber. The Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing its operations, and advocating on behalf of its members. 

We are excited to welcome our new Board of Directors, who are all accomplished and passionate business leaders,” said Tim Shoults, 2023-2024 President of the Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce. “Their diverse backgrounds and expertise will be invaluable as we work to support and grow our local business community.” 

The 2023 – 2024 Board of Directors is as follows:

  • 2nd Vice President – Sara Lawson, Schoening Funeral Service

  • Immediate Past President – Kate Stebbings, Trans Mountain Corporation 
  • Director – Nicholas Adams, Interior Display Services    
  • Director – Rebecca Fox, Valley First, a Division of First West Credit Union  
  • Director – Mickael Maddison, SilverServers Inc.    
  • Director – Michael Martens, Rocky Mountaineer  
  • Director – Colin O’Leary, O’Leary & Associates Ltd.   
  • Director – Phillip Stagg-Tanner, Acres Enterprises   
  • Director – Rick Welch, Nomodic Modular Structures
