Kamloops Chamber Celebrates 40th Annual Business Excellence Awards!
Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the winners of the 40th Annual Business Excellence Awards, presented by MNP, Premier Sponsor.
The gala, held on October 22, 2026, at Thompson Rivers University’s Grand Hall, brought together hundreds of business and community leaders to celebrate the achievements, resilience, and innovation of local entrepreneurs and organizations.
This year’s theme, the Ruby Red Masquerade, honoured 40 years of the awards program, as the ruby is the traditional gem of a 40th anniversary. The Chamber received 210 nominations from the public across 15 award categories, recognizing more than 64 businesses and organizations in the Kamloops region. A selection committee of 45 volunteers from the regional business community reviewed and scored each nomination and interviewed the finalists.
“Forty years on, the Business Excellence Awards remain a showcase of the resilience, creativity, and heart of Kamloops’ business community. With 210 nominations this year, it’s clear how much our community values the people and organizations who make it stronger. On behalf of the Chamber, congratulations to every nominee and winner, and our sincere thanks to the sponsors and volunteers who made this milestone evening possible.” Acacia Pangilinan, Executive Director, Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber extends sincere appreciation to MNP, Premier Sponsor of the 2026 Business Excellence Awards, and to the many category sponsors, partners, and volunteers whose support made the evening possible. The list of sponsors is below.
