What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide end-to-end leadership across planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Manage large-scale infrastructure projects or multiple mid-sized projects simultaneously
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and contract administration
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Monitor construction progress, contractor performance, and schedule adherence
• Deliver clear reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Strong experience leading large-scale commercial or infrastructure construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects
• Familiarity with project systems such as MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
